Squash Soup

Microwave 1 1/2 quarts of hard squash for 10 minutes

Chop a medium onion, saute in olive oil
add 2 chopped stalks of celery and 2 crushed cloves of garlic

Add a can of tomato soup, a can of broth, and some rhine wine

Add a container of silken tofu

Add the squash

Season with:

Blend with a stick blender
