Kale Delight
Prepare Veggies:
- Chop a medium onion
- Chop a red pepper and green pepper
- Chop a medium zuchini
- Chop 12 oz kale
- Halve 15 or so Zima Tomatoes
- Peel 3 garlic cloves
Cook:
- Saute the onion in canola oil
- Add the peppers and continue to saute
- Add the zuchini
- Crush and add the garlic
- Add the kale and tomatoes
- Add a can of Great Northern beans (do not drain)
- Season with some teriyaki sauce, hot sauce, white wine
Pair with a quality bock beer.
