- large onion
- green pepper
- red bell pepper
- 1 pound fresh greens (turnip)
- 6 cloves garlic
Saute in olive oil.
- Rhine wine (generous)
- red wine vinegar (few splashes)
- aromatic bitters (several splashes)
- hot sauce (to taste)
Add one drained can of dark red kidney beans and one 15 oz can of diced tomatoes. Cook for at least 15 minutes.
