Cherry Banana Smoothie
In a LARGE ice tea glass:
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- optional: kiwi, peach, nectarine
- 1 scoop chocolate whey protein mix
- 2 tbl black cherry concentrate
- 1 6 oz Publix Fat Free Light Cherry Yogurt
- skim milk to fill glass 2/3 full
Blend with an immersion blender. You will need a small spatula to clean the sides of the glass while drinking.
