- briefly grind the above items
- 0.5 oz ground flakseed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1.2 oz bran flakes
- 0.8 oz textured vegetable protein (TVP)
- 1.0 oz cheerios or corn flakes
- fresh blueberries to cover
- skim milk
